News from Judy: Hello Everyone,
I just got back from a wonderful trip with my brother. We drove almost 5000 miles in a mon th and saw some pretty amazing sites.
In April, we got our new website up and running, but with flaws. Now that I am back, I want to work hard on getting it up and running to the wonderful site we envisioned it to be many months ago. And in those months the newsletter has fallen by the wayside, with only a few going out. My promise to you, is that newsletters will be on track soon. I will be able to get my training in this venture, and I can keep all our wonderful customers informed on what is going on at Caroline’s.
Our May sales were a great success. Our “Under the Tent” sale did extremely well. Caroline has sent her dream plans to an architect to have blue prints drawn up, which is the first step of the many to come, for our new addition. Thank you to one and all that donated gently used items to sell and another Thank you to all that went home with items of value to you.
Our Janome machine sale in May was also a success and in July there will be another sale. A Christmas in July sale. (See attachments)
Remember ladies, Nancy is willing to teach you anything about any of your Janome machines. Call the store and set up a time on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, to learn about that foot you never used or how to decide on the correct needle selection for your projects. Nancy is very knowledgeable on the Janome machines and is willing to help each of you alone or in a group. On July 9th, Nancy will have a Demo day. She will be teaching the blind hem stich, mock smocking and the stitch that looks like the hand quilting stitch.
Here are a couple of reminders. July 19th is our tea and we are happy to announce that Sharon, from Happy Apple Quilt patterns will be giving a trunk show. All the ladies that signed up for our September retreat at the Springs have to have their deposit in, because the ladies on the waiting list are eager to take your spot. They were given a July 1st date, when they can be added to our attending list.
As Always, Love and God Bless, Judy and Caroline Psalm 145: 1-3
PS: During one of our recent storms, our internet service was blown out and it will probably be a couple of weeks before it is up and running again. The good news is that I can do this all at home and I can read all the emails from home and will able to handle everything. So use our website and email. I will respond from home. Add JCF, nanafrench@veionline.com to your address book so anything I send from home will not go to your spam or trash folder.
